      Hi,
      I don’t think UM-Switcher is suitable for my needs.
      I am not able to use the product and will be uninstalling it from my website.
      Is it possible to get a refund?

      I realise I cannot delete this request, but I have just realised that I cannot receive a refund due to the nature of the product.

      Yes, we’re sorry. It’s a digital product and already downloaded and installed.
