      as the object, the user roles doesnt’ work because the reminder date is wrong… see the attached files.

      Hi andemagre,
      Well the products screenshot looks fine to me, it will send a reminder 30 days before it expires in 2019
      So not sure what you mean here?

      user role don’t work?
      reminder date is wrong?

      See the pictures plan_subscriber, the role is wrong and the first reminder is on 17 july 2018???? the role is incorrect and also the first reminder…

      when a user buys a subscription plan, an email is immediately sent to him informing him of the expiry of the subscription

      Why if the pruduct settings are correct??

      I’m not sure what’s the issue here, but create a ticket and include admin details + FTP so we can have a look for you. Will be tommorow.

      Did you setup your cronjob correct?
