MemberHi! I need some help w/ my site running the Joop theme, which I LOVE, by the way! The problem I just realized is in responsive mode landscape, the background image fills the whole screen and content falls below it. Can you tell me if I’ve done something wrong or if there is a way to fix this? The URL is http://www.pikeroadmillwork.com.
Thanks in advance!

InactiveHi Jennifer,
I was able to add your provided purchase code to your account for you so I’ve deleted that post.
As for the background image, this is something that was programmed in that fashion. This in order to have the background image still keep a place if the website was viewed on a (larger) mobile device, whereas on small mobile device modes it will be completely removed.
I’m afraid it would require changes to the theme’s code to alter this so that the background image does not show up anymore on these device modes as well. It’s not a theme setting.
Kind regards,
Kevin -

InactiveHI Jennifer,
I’m afraid that code-level support exceeds what we can provide as free support:
Free support does not cover ticket-suppport, advice or looking up code for customizations on our themes. For all these purposes we refer to our Premium Support (anual costs $ 29,-).
I would guess, however that this can be affected in the theme’s css.
Kind regards,
Kevin -

In that case, Feel free to open a support ticket for a more direct way of contacting us now that you’re a premium member.

MemberI have submitted a ticket, unfortunately, I missed the subject line so I sent it with the default. Is there anyway I can edit my ticket once submitted?
