So i was of the impression that the job of the um-switcher is to switch the UM roles of the User, after payment and after expiring. However, after testing it and receiving payment for a subscription product, the role doesn’t change and it doesn’t show in the subscription list of users in UM-Switcher. It Only shows in Woocommerce. What am I doing wrong please?

Hello sbassah,
Your impression is correct, please upload a screenshot of your dashboard with the stats so we can have a look. I think your cronjob is not working, but lets have a look first.

That’s looks fine, okay next one.
– Deactivate all plugins, except UM, Um switcher and Woocommerce. Buy a new product and check again.
– Have you setup the roles and the product Um switcher with the user roles?Mike

Still not working. I created two roles, Active and Inactive. Active when the payment is made, and inactive when it expires. It doesn’t also show the expiry date on the User Profile. After payment, it appears UM-Switcher doesnt receive any information of the transaction as no record is shown in the Dashboard.

Well I’m looking again at your screenshots and now I see 2x Email below FAQ in the drop down. That’s not normal 🙂
So please to be absolute sure, download umswitcher from CC the latest version and check again. If the issue is still there after the update. Create a ticket and include your admin + FTP details and we will have a quick look. I never have seen 2x email in the dropdown so there must be a conflict somewhere.

I am not really getting what you mean by 2X Email. Which of the screenshots are you talking about. However, I have downloaded the plugin again and reinstalled installed, but it still doesn’t work. -

When I look at screenshot number 2, see below. I notice 2x Email in your menu dropdown below FAQ. This is not normal and this tells me that you have a conflict maybe with a plugin, maybe with a theme. And probably when you have found witch one, umswitcher will work 🙂

Ok i get you now. Actually the email appears just once on the dashboard. Its showing twice because of the screen capture tool i used. I am stuck now and can’t really make out what is wrong.

Ahhaaa okay that’s makes sense.
We can have a quick look but it will be limited as normally research on your site is not included.
Research on your server/cronjob is not included as this can be a time consuming process.But maybe it’s an easy fix, so create a ticket (below HELPDESK) and include your admin login details and FTP login details.
Please include link of this page, so our developer has the full story.
