  I am having issues uploading sample pages to work off of when I started using this theme. Does anyone know how to add those to wordpress. Your help would be greatly appreciated. We are just starting to build our website and need help with getting started

  The mikmag theme download you got from themeforest includes a manual file. In this manual you will find information on how to set up your demo pages or “dummy content”.
  
  This might help you further, if not do tell me where you get stuck so I can check what the issue might be
