ShortCodes in an Article

  Hello,
  I can not use the shortcode panel in an article. Is this normal?
  As a workaround, I created a page, I add my shortcodes then I copy and paste in my article. It’s painful.

  Are you referring to a “post” when you say article? The one you’d put in a blog category (for example)?
  Because those should have the shortcode panel just like your pages do. I’ve been testing this on our JOOP testsite and it seems to work fine for me there.
  
  Are you seeing the button to open up that pannel at all?
