After creating and saving the slider in Theme Options > Sliders, I noticed that the corresponding category that was added did not save. What is causing this, please? I have tried MANY times to save it and says it was saved, but each time I click on “EDIT” to edit it, the category is missing.
Is this a bug?
Hi John,
I must say that’s rather strange, I don’t believe I’ve seen that one before.
Do the categories you’re adding contain any special characters (like quotes” or apostrophes’)?
Kind regards,
Kevin
No.
Sorry that I didn’t come back to update the post, although it took me so much time.
I managed to figure it out.
What happened was that I was adding the Fullscreen Posts Slider categories for Fullscreen Products Slider. The categories were not matching the relevant portion and hence was not saving.
So, it wasn’t a bug, but human error.
Thanks
Ah alright,
Thanks for sharing it now though 🙂 I was trying to think of what it could possibly be..
Cheers!
Kevin
Hi There,
I´ve try to edit the slider in theme options > slider and appears a message bellow : You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/themes/joop/tdframework/core/slider/slider-builder.php on this server.
Can you help me with this?
Tks and best regards.
Rafael
Hi Rafael,
I’m not sure but I think you have a permission problem, so check the files by ftp and adjust teh permissions.
Hope this helps.
Best Mike
