Hi there,
Hope you are well. I have done a few tests with signing up – when I purchase a membership through Woo, no subscription is appearing in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=umsubscriptions_overview, and on the member’s profile page, the subscription expiry date is blank.
How can we get this appearing here?
My host configured a cronjob for us.
Your help is much appreciated 🙂

Well iT must be a small thing, and I think youre using Ultimate member 2.0 can you confirm?
If So please install the current version and iT Will work. Were waithing on the official release from Ultimate member before we release an update.

Hi, thanks for your reply! Yes, all versions of everything are current.
Okay you dont have Ultimate member 2.0 active, But version 1.3.88 and Thats fine.
1- check your umswitcher dashboard if the cronjob is green?
2- check your woocommerce orders, is the order you Made set to completed?
3- deactivate all other plug-ins exept um + ums + woocommerce and Make a new purchase.
4- switch your theme for the default wp theme and check again/ purchase.
5- Make a purchase with a non umswitcher product. And check if the order is set to completed.
