Tagged: um switcher internal 500 error
I recently purchased um switcher yesterday and when I installed it on WordPress it gave me an internal 500 error when I tried to click into any part of its directory.
All other plugins work perfectly fine and my website is up and running. After install, I see the UM-Switcher directory in my WP Admin section and only when i click on it do i get the internal 500 error.
I’m no php expert so i can’t even begin to know where and how to get the error logs to appear.
Ultimate Member version: 2.0.21
Woo-commerce: 3.4.4
Um-Switcher version: 2.1
Thanks,
James
Hi James,
Okay let’s try to find the issue here. First let us check if one of your plugins is causing this.
– deactivate all plugins, only woocommerce, ultimate member and umswitcher active.
If the error is gone, activate plugins one by one to find witch one is causing the issue.
If the error is still there, create a ticket and include your wp admin login details.
Keep me posted,
Mike
Sorry for late reply, I thought I was supposed to receive a notification for it. Anyways, I did what you said and the issue is still there.
Where do i go about creating a ticket exactly? I assume my login info would be secure there.
You should received a email from our system, please check your spambox.
After we have closed your ticket, it will be removed.
BUT ALWAYS, as it’s normal practice when you give somebody at the other side of the world your login details, change your password!!
I am having the same issue, any updates on this?
This was not related to UMS
Great, what was their solution? I already started a ticket. However I have had no response. I am looking to resolve the issue on my end as well. My ticket # is #2381
