Dear Sir,
I’m trying to edit the contents of my website using (edit with visual composer option) , but what happen is it tries to load the visual composer page with no thing more , just trying to load.
a screen shot of what i get is attached.
kindly advice me what to do

Hello Tawfik,
Right now we’re working on an update for Facts. Facts needs to be updated to the latest version of WP, Revolution Slider, Woocommerce and Visual Composer. Facts is still running on Visual Composer is 4.9.2.
If you’ve updated your theme, that might cause issues wit VC.
You’ll have to downgrade to get your theme working again.We advice clients to wait updating the theme until we’ve uploaded an updated version on themeforest. We’ll notify here, on facebook, twitter and themeforest when your theme is ready for download.

Hello,
I didn’t make any update , i just purchased the theme and installed it , no theme updates , does it mean that i already downloaded the updated theme version , and if so how to downgrade to the old version . ?and if you mean by the updates : “the plugin updates” , i didn’t make any update , kindly let me know what exactly to do with this issue , we have a deadline to deliver the project and we are actually very close to it .
