It sounds as if the hover image hasn’t been uploaded correctly in some way. Does the image change when you hover it? or does anything happen at all when hovering?

You might’ve already tried it but I’d suggest to re-upload the hover image.  See if that fixes it. The only thing that seems to be happening is that it’s unable to find the hover image through the supplied path.

I am having the same issue. It shows both icons fine in the back admin panel, but only shows the icon and has the error WARNING: Cannot find theme option sociable_custom1_icon_hover

I tried putting the link to the icon that works into both fields and that gives the same result, so I think some kind of bug is going on here.

I’ve gone and tested this on our testing pages and got the same thing. I’m pushing this through to our programmers for them to solve in our next theme update.
