We don’t have a French mo file for you, so you need to create in manually or ask the guys from WPML to do it for you.

And yes you have to purchase wpml, facts is ready for wpml but is not included in the theme files.

You need to login at Themeforest, where you have purchased Facts. In your download section you will see the download link.

Just download the installable WordPress file only, and overwrite your current copy of facts.
Just to be sure, before you do the update.
Go to Option tools and create a export of all settings of the backend.
And to be totally sure, you can make a total database backup. In case you do something wrong.

It’s a theme issue and not your installation, and it will be fixd when the update is available on Themeforest
