I know you may be busy and you did state 24 hours, but just looking at the previous posts from other people it seems you guys don't answer a lot of questions. I noticed a few questions similar to other questions I have (I have yet to post) that are not answered from up 90 days ago. I'm not trying to be a whiner, but other theme creators that I've dealt with have been extremely fast and supportive, even if the question has been answered in a previous post.

I'm also frustrated with the manual that came with the theme. It seems quite vague, especially the gallery section. I spent a ton of time trying to figure this out. So I gave up and tried a short code you provided for a single video lightbox… either I'm an idiot and that is more possible then not, but I've not been successful making this work either.

Insert text or image here

Everything is fine until is says "insert text or image here" I place an image either by using a full URL or use the insert image option, and I end up with either and image on my page that clicks over to the actual image (not the video) or I end up with no picture and a long link that displays the full URL to the image, yet when clicked it goes to the video.

My suggestion, would be to take the time to create some video tutorials. I find that reading some manuals, the author can expect the user to know more than they are capable of understanding. Where a video is much more useful and easy to follow.
