Hi once again:

I have small issue with Blog Page defined in Settings, showing full content rather than excerpts (or truncated posts without images, as shown in categories pages). Examples:

Blog Page: http://sendero.tupadre.cl/noticias/
Cat Page: http://sendero.tupadre.cl/category/sociales/

Only if I specify “Show More” it will truncate, but client wants pre-defined word count, without image, as exactly shown on cats, or as you show the Blog Page on your demo site.

Is there any way to achieve this, or would I have to create some sort of MAIN category on use all other cats as children of the MAIN one?

If you already apply certain layout for categorys, how hard could it be to apply same layout to default blog page?

Trying to make some modifications to the loop-excerpts template in my child theme. Problem is Isotype seems to keep wanting me to use a three column layout no matter what. And the client wants a five column layout, which it starts out as and then the Isotype script takes over and off to three we go! How can I turn Isotype off? Hi folks. I need little help with a particular requirement for a client. He would like to have latest posts shown in 2 columns, but both from the same category. Something like:

[tds-column half animation=fadeInLeft]

[tds-blogposts title="NOTICIAS" category="fashion" number="2" count="20" orderby="latest" image="large" showmeta="no" titleicon="fa-trophy"]

[tds-column half last animation=fadeInRight]

What would be your suggestion in order to avoid repeated posts on the second column, so the page can show the 4 latests post of the particular category? Is there any parameter on tds-blogposts in order to avoid repeated posts?

I tried using single column and use css (fixed width and float:left), but of course the whole thing breaks up and it would require a lot of css intervention. Should i have to go with my own shortcode in order to achieve this?

I am struggling to get the BLOG images cover the page without the spaces at the sides and at the top. I know this has to do with the settings, but what do I need to adjust, please? Thanks

Hi, what the level of compatibility with the version of wordpress 4.1.
I point out these problems after upgrading Screen from 1.4 to 2.3.1
Home Page
- Background type> Slider: Displays the first black image
- Display blog posts: If you turn on the slider’s background does not work, white background.
Pages
- On the internal pages i can’t management the text: text paragraphs do not work.

Can I have your support to solve these problems in a short time?

Hi Kevin,

I have some questions for you as I’m still running the old James theme version.
Trying to set one of my bricks(or to say represented images) on my home page to be active right now, as a link and to send me to the location other that this image by itself.

In other words when I set visible image as a brick when someone click on that image he is directed to to see larger version of the same image, or to go on a right bottom plus to go to regular post or whatsoever…but I don’t want that, as for this particular theme my experience shows that people very rare go on plus ( only if they are willing to investigate), they just click on images, or search tabs in the main menu.

So my question for this wonderful theme that I like is, can I set an image, and when visitors click on that image, they are directed to another website or my blog, tumblr etc.

I’m running my indiegogo campaign right now so I want to set direct link with image on my brick home page that goes directly to my project can you tell me how to do that? Is it even possible with this theme?

Phew! Took me ages to work out that “DASHBOARD” actually means “LOGIN”. And I’m a WordPress Developer!

I see you are still using this ridiculously small font on this forum and the forum is still not accessible on a MacBook Pro Retina Yosemite with Safari browser…

But apart from that and forgive me if this has been asked before but I can’t find it without a search function: Can you PLEASE tell me how to remove the sidebar vertical shadow.

And more importantly, which file do you use for blog posts layout - usually it is single.php but your framework does not use single.php - I need to create a copy of this in order to make a custom events page in All In One Events Calendar.

Oh and when are you making this theme child-theme ready?

You guys made great themes up until about two years ago, but I fear that you are a little behind the eightball with all the competition that is around currently…

I don’t mean to criticise but you need to seriously look at going improving site/service/compatibility.

I’m still using Seduction as theme and wondering if there is an update on 1.0 version.

Second I hope that there is a theme that does get updated and has (almost) the same features as changing all blogs is a hell. (besides that I can’t do that myself)
