How fast do I get a reply?

Our team works really hard to provide you with everything you need. We have excellent customer support staff that handle all your requests and answer your questions. We don’t have an e-mail address for customer support. Instead, we have a very efficient ticketing system in place. We find the latter a lot faster, and we’re able to properly track all your requests and issues. If you need to notify something from us or follow up your concerns, we can easily look it up in our system. We give support 6 days a week, and usually respond to a support ticket within 24 hours.
