Our team works really hard to provide you with everything you need. We have excellent customer support staff that handle all your requests and answer your questions. However, there are a couple of things we’d like to clarify.
First, if you haven’t noticed it yet, Theme Dutch support don’t have an e-mail address for customer support. Instead, we have a very efficient ticketing system in place. We find the latter a lot faster, and we’re able to properly track all your requests and issues. If you need to notify something from us or follow up your concerns, we can easily look it up in our system.
Theme Dutch Support: IT’S THAT EASY
We therefore encourage you to use our ticket messaging system whenever you want to reach out to us. Don’t worry, we will reply 6 days a week and usually within 24 hours.
Second, if you find yourself having a hard time installing our WordPress theme or integrating it in your existing website or blog, we have very reasonably priced installation plans for you to choose from. We have a real competent team who can do that for you in no time. Sure, you’re going to spend some money — but it can save you a lot of time and effort. Furthermore, you can always make use of our ticket messaging system should you need additional assistance.

We do love to help you in whatever way we can. However, we don’t have a lot of customer support staff to handle all types of queries and issues, including learning more about WordPress. Moreover, we simply want to direct all our efforts on theme-related issues. This makes sure our Theme Dutch support team can address all of our customer support tickets the soonest time possible.
The truth is you don’t have to be apprehensive about WordPress at all. One of the reasons why we’re offering WordPress themes is because it’s the easiest and the most user-friendly content management platform we’ve ever encountered. It’s so easy to use, and the learning curve isn’t very steep.

The website also features the famous 5-minute installation scheme, which has been an absolute lifesaver for a lot of our clients, even to those who have not used WordPress before. This installation guide also has several documentations and tips on how to set up pages, create a post, and manage your website and blog. You can also sign up, participate, and ask some help through its dedicated message boards.
