I’m assuming you have bought your copy of the theme via Mojo-themes. Unfortunately Mojo-themes do not provide an automatic way of verifying theme buyers. Our only way of verifying your purchase is if you could please post a comment in the support section of the mojo-themes page (http://www.mojo-themes.com/item/james-2-0-responsive-full-screen-portfolio-woocommerce-theme/).

Just post a reference to this topic saying you’d like to have your purchase verified on theme-dutch.com, also please include your theme-dutch username.

To make sure that your verification and support topic here are not lost in traffic (seeing as the last reply is now by me), I suggest you to also post a reply on this topic to tell us that you have requested verification on Mojo-themes.

Unforunately this is currently the only way mojo-themes allows us to verify our customers.

You are using Woocommerce 2.1.12, correct? Also, what wordpress version are you running?
