demo content impossible to import with the plugin

  is there any possibility to do it manually with ftp and then how?
  where is the dummy content located in the filesystem.

  Hi Groovy,
  When you can not install the dummy content from the option panel, you probably need to check the server requirements. Please read the manual for the details like max upload size etc etc.
  Uploading by FTP is not going to work, the only other way is by importing the database but thats a specialist job.
  
  But look at the server requirements and when adjusted it will work, I think your max upload size is to small…
