  No luck. I sent it to 2 different email accounts, and I never received an email. And yes, I checked my junk email.
  
  And so you know, I submitted a ticket with your sign on for admin privileges so you can check things out yourself too.

  That’s what I thought. I don’t have problems sending emails when I use the test feature on our test sites. So the issue is on your installation.
  
  And yes I have seen your ticket with admin details. My support is limited to um switcher and assuming that we will fix your installation is a no go . If we need your admin details we will ask for it, if were sure that the issue is not um switcher related. We can’t offer free support on third party issues as the time researching your installation extend the price we get for um switcher…
