Hi,
Forgive my bad English …I bought your beautiful theme from the store of Envato.
On the zip but there is only the dummy content relative to the slider and lacks the MOWO-dummy content.Where can I find it?

Don’t worry, your english is just fine.
Checking this all out, I notice that the manual provided with Mowo is in need of a little update. The dummy content was changed and no longer needs the .sql file that is described, only the one .xml file does the trick now. The xml file you need is located in the mowo - unzip me please zip.
Look for the file called mowo-dummy-content.xml then use the wordpress importer as instructed in the manual to upload that.
Once done, all the pages should be imported and you can set your menu’s in place and choose your homepage.
If you run into any issues, feel free to ask.
Kind regards,

After Importing dummy data “mowo-dummy-content.xml” , On home page shortcode I see [tds-image src=”sss” alt=”alt text” title=”image title” animation=”fadeInRight” ] which is not explained in the manual.
Also I’m still looking for working “LayerSlider_dummy.zip” as the one provided is corrupted. I Wrote this to themeforest support but but yet waiting for the right file.

Raghu.24/06/2014 at 11:09 AM #64411Also you can see our test site here that is missing many things like images and font styles http://linkers.emsysindia.com/.
Please help me to set up Mowo theme right way as your preview site.

Raghu25/06/2014 at 7:54 AM #64412Hi Ktreddy,
Could you please provide your envato purchase code to verify your purchase with us? Just add it to your Theme-dutch.com profile information by going to my account -> my profile -> edit profile. This way we’ll be able to verify your purchase as we can only provide support to our verified clients.
To get you started though, In the src=”” field of these shortcodes, what you’ll want to do is use the add media button to insert an image.
The layer slider file is something we cannot help at this point. Due to an issue in the plugin itself (which is not one of our own plugins) the export/import features is having some trouble. We are awaiting an update for layersliderKind regards,

Raghu.26/06/2014 at 7:26 AM #64415Hi
We are not happy with theme as it is not displaying correctly shown in your theme preview you.We are also not getting the same results for the layer slider due to bug as you said.Your response is very poor for the support queries.
We’d not use this theme and like to get refund for the same.

Raghu.26/06/2014 at 8:28 AM #64416Hi Raghu,
Thank you for verifying your purchase.
I have just gone ahead and created a new test site on which I have installed the mowo dummy content.
- What I’ve done is clear out all pages
- Install mowo
- Install the plugins
- Go to tools->import -> wordpress, install that
- using the wordpress importer, import the .xml
- set up a new menu
- Set up the homepage (settings -> reading -> statig page: Home)When I went to take a look, the homepage was there with all the right images and font styles.
Judging by that, it should work properly. You could try to download a fresh version of the theme, remove all currently imported pages (not only to trash but really remove) and follow what I’ve described. to see if anything changes for you.
As a reply to your latest post,
I’m afraid we cannot give refunds on our themes, because we are not the actual selling party. That is themeforest (envato). So that’s not something that we can help you out with here.Kind regards,
