I have set up a product and test subscribing a test user, went through the purchase process but used a coupon to make it FREE (my trial test). Finalised the process register/order process and the members order is shown in WooCommerce Orders. But when I go to UM-Switcher it is not showing the subscriber?
Is this because it had a $0 amount?
Or is this because the cron has to be set-up to add the user to the subscription first? Why is the cron required to add the member as a subscriber?
Thanks
Greg

Hi Greg,
No even when the amount is zero, as long as the WC has completed the order it should display on the list. And yes you need a working cronjob in order um switcher to work. Please read the manual about this.
I see that you have set your time zone to UTC, please change that to a city from your WordPress settings and all will work fine.

I have tried several times to get this to work with non UTC
In Wp-Admin > Settings it is set to Australia/Perth
In the cron.php file it is set to Australia/Perth
In my php (.user.ini) file to Australia/PerthWhen I view phpinfo it shows date.timezone as Australia/Perth
But I am still getting the error as above
Where else do I set the timezone?

Hi Greg,
No were Greg you did a good job, just at the wp settings. But if you like we can have a quick look. Please create a ticket and include wp admin login + ftp login
