Hi, I’m quite pleased with my NoTime template purchase, you guys did a great job.

I wanted to start my site from scratch and so I followed your directions to import your dump.sql file in my DB admin manager phpMyadmin. Since then, however, I’m no longer able to access my WP admin using my original username and password as logically everything is directed to your NoTime template and I understand from other posts to this forum that this shouldn’t be he case, as there’s no generic password access once imported.

Can you please help me to regain access to my wordpress admin so I can urgently make the necessary customized changes to my site.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Pete,

That doesn’t really make any sense to me indeed. What I would try to do is to recover the password using the wordpress function for that:

    http://globeclic.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    Have you tried that yet?

    Hi Kevin,

yes I’ve tried this but wp admin is not recognizing my original username or email account (as attached).

Do you think I can go back to phpMyadmin to make user login changes? I need to find a solution, fast!

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I’ve googled a bit for you and found this. http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-reset-a-wordpress-password-from-phpmyadmin/

This article explains a way to reset your password from phpmyadmin. Now I’m not entirely sure how difficult this may be (might not be as straight-forword as changing a value in the database) I didn’t thoroughly read it. However what I did see is that you can access the e-mail and username from there so perhaps it will help you get the lost password e-mail.

    Hope this helps

    Kevin
