Hi Miranda,
I would like to stipulate that our free support forums are here to:
- help customers setting up their themes
- help customers understand how the theme options and functionalities work
- provide customers with a place to share any bugs they might find within the theme, so they can be checked and passed on to the development team for fixing.
The free support forum in no way intends to be a place for
- Code level support
- Theme customization
I have shared the reasoning behind this previously.
_____________
I’ve steered out of the way of that a bit on this topic checking in more detail some code-based things to help you customize the theme. In certain cases I have even consulted with a developer to check my findings before I would share them. Obviously that has not brought you any of the hoped results and I am sorry for wasting both of our time trying to stretch our free support a bit further.
i really do apologize if you are not familiar with where certain codes are, but them please put someone that know on this support forum
As this forum is not meant to be a place for code-level support, to be able to answer to the questions this forum is intended for I am in no way required to know all the inner workings of our themes on a code-level basis in order to provide with the correct information on here. That is also the reason that we do not have our active theme developers roam these forums, except when there are bugs to address.
I believe things have grown largely out of hand on this topic and I am now going to refrain back to the essence of what this forum is meant to be for. That means that on here, I cannot help out with customizing features the theme has and/or adding functionality not yet present in the theme. For these things, I have to refer you to our premium support and/or our customization jobs (differing per case).
___________
Back to what appear to be bugs in the theme:
- I have issued a report on the slider images not being properly included in the Aziza slider. I myself have not yet been able to recreate the issue on my testing websites. Our development team will have a look at it, hopefully they will have better luck at recreating the issue, or they might find and be able to solve what’s going down without them having the actual issue themselves.
- I have also pointed out the tumbler sociable problem for them to address.
Kind regards,
Kevin

i get your point, i agree, and if you noticed out of the few things i asked you in the beginning, i gave up looking for solution on many, as grid view of posts and so on. However there’s just two things i’m asking you now and they belong into what you described as theme support. So if me and another person asked you about images not being able to upload on Aziza slider over 2 weeks ago and still have no solution, what do you suggest we do? i need to publish my site & online shop, please understand that we need to solve this asap! you told me last week your development team is looking into an issue, can they not figure out for 2 weeks how to solve the issue on a theme they themselves programed?
i tried to use the Layer Slider since i couldn’t use Aziza, uploaded all my images, but now today i noticed the links for the images do not work/are not clickable, so every slider has some issue, now what do we do now? wait for another 2 weeks until development team tries to recreate the issue on Layer Slider? please give us some solution Kevin, i’m begging you at this point. if i need to give someone my username and password to go look into my site and see the issues with both sliders, i can do that to, just please tell me something that can actually get some results and fast, and who do i talk to/give my login info.
as to separate showing/hiding the post titles and also entry titles that you told me you will ask your team if they can include in update, is there any way you can tell me when would that be possible?
and last, the sociables, i did not ask you to tell me what to fix in the code, i know what to do, but just where the div elements are located, both my programer and i can not find it, the file you told me where are they located (theme-functions.php) its not the file where every icon element is located. my programer told me he can not find it, and its probably made on purpose like that, so i don’t see why your programers can not tell you where is the location of the div elements of sociable icons, they made the file. you can see what code am i looking for in the thumbnail bellow, so that you know what i mean and can ask them more acuratelly where that code is located, i’m not asking anything but location. plus if the tumblr link is not working i need to fix it, and that goes into what you described as theme support, fixing an issue with the theme.
i really ask you for help Kevin, i respected what you told me about deeper customization, i’m not pushing on anything, but can we please solve these issue with sliders, and just the location of sociables, and that is all i need.
THANK YOU
