Hi,
I’ve now purchased Aziza and installed it. I completely removed the old version that I had, including plugins and reinstalled the version 1.0 and installed the child theme. I imported the dummy content.
However, when I go to edit a page and click on the Shortcodes button, I get an empty popup - I had this same problem with the older version.
I’ve attached a screenshot.
Any ideas why it is displaying a blank?
Thanks,
Louise

Have you by any chance got any plugins installed? Things like these could happen due to a jQuery conflict with a plugin.
Also, what wordpress version are you working on?
With kind regards,
Kevin
25/10/2013 at 10:04 PM #12969WordPress 3.7 - I just updated - it was doing it when I was working on WordPress 3.6 too.
I deactivated all my plugins (except under construction plugin), including the layer WP slider. Still no go.
I’ve created a login for you if you want to have a look… Details sent to your email address [email protected]
When I had downloaded - in advertently - an earlier version, I had exactly the same problem which I reported to you. Kind of surprised you never got back to me on this before it went commercial.
Using Azia Child Theme but had same problem with parent version. I reinstalled the shortcode plugin as well. I’m running out of options…
Your help is appreciated,
Louise
