Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your assistance. I’m hoping as a premium member you can help me code the vimeo video for the background. As I mentioned in the above post, I don’t know if I can get my high quality video compressed to the level where it will smoothly play in the background. I’ve played with making the file size smaller, but it greatly deteriorates the quality. How did you manage to get a high quality video in the background?
My other issue is when it is a self-hosted video background, there is no ability to pause or adjust the volume of the video. If the video background had a controller then this would work, but at the moment I think a full screen Vimeo would work better for us.
Can you please advise?

Hi Amber,
I’ll contact some of our developers about this. The fact that vimeo does already play makes me believe this might require a fairly change. We may be able to help a premium member like you with this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

News on the full screen vimeo background is that our programmer has now implemented it in a theme update. I’m now informing on whether or not this version is stable yet and if it is I’ll be sending it to you directly via e-mail.

Hi Kevin,
I got the James update and it looks great! I have just one question, the autoplay option doesn’t seem to be working. For example, on my page immortalgame.com I have the first video (The Pawn) on autoplay, but it’s not working. I attached a pic of what my post details looks like.
One more question, am I safe to update WP to 3.5.2?

Hi Amber,
The first one (vimeo autoplay brick) appears to be a bug, I’ve requested a fix on that.
We’re currently using the theme on Wp3.5.2 and don’t appear to have any compatibility issues. I would say it’s safe to upgrade.
