<p>
Hi there,</p>
<p>
Great theme, looking forward to really using it. I set the background image and it appeared, then disappeared when I refreshed the homepage a second time. No plugins enabled and using latest version of wordpress. </p>
<p>
Please could you advise?</p>
<p>
Thanks,</p>

Hi Claire Hayes,</p>
<p>
It's good to hear that you like our theme. As for the problem you are posting about, this is an unknown issue to us and I cannot give you a solution right away. I would like to ask you to send in a ticket, using our ticket system in the support section of this website. This way we will have access to go and see exactly what's going on and find a solution there.</p>
<p>
With kind regards,</p>

I have a similar issue, where I set the background iamge and it does njot appear. I tried to submit a support ticket but got this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function finfo_open() in /home/themedutch/domains/theme-dutch.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpetss/includes/ticket.php on line 488
The theem is great and I am getting used to the settings, but for some reason the backgrounds are not showing up.

Note this only accurs when the page is set as the home page (under reading and setting the page as a stating page) other eise it shows up fine.
