No I have no idea yet but no worries we will find it.
Things that you can try are:

– Are the details in cron.php correct?
– Switch your theme ( don’t think it will help but you never now)
– Download and upload a fresh copy.
– Deactivate Ultimate member and see if that helps.

If that did not fix it, I think we need to check your hosting. So in this case, create a ticket and send me your hosting + site login details + ftp and we will have a quick look.

Though it still adds the new community role to the user.

Bizgirls has an issue regarding the community role not saving when created a new um-switcher product.

So how can you have the same problem?

What Blizgirls is saying, before the Woocommerce update the um-switcher products were saved as um-switcher product. Now it is set back to simple product.

Hi Bizgirls,

I don’t understand in this case why your sending tickets with a different story, but anyway now we have the second issue WC 3.0. We hope to release next week a update for Um-switcher, but were also waiting for updates from WC that will come over the next days.

So for now, you need to go back to the older version of WC and all will be fine. We keep you posted when were ready and I’m hoping to have some new features added also (right Jochem)
