  I’m just setting up my joop theme and reached no 2 “How to install dummy content” which I can’t understand..
  
  I’ve uploaded an image of where I think I should start this but
  I could use a step by step guidance.

  Your download zip includes a JOOP MANUAL. The manual explains all theme features including a step by step guide how to install dummy content. If you’re not able to install the theme including dummy content, we can be hired and do it for you. You can find setup services on our website.

  some parts of the manual could have been more specifics..
  
  I now have other issues now, should I open new thread?

  Please take the effort to read the manual, and look for How to use shortcodes.
  this page is very helpfull while working on your site. Shortcodes can be added via the toolbar on a page or post.

  Most shortcodes are visible here, and via the TD-shortcode manager you can insert (gallery shortcodes for your portfolio) in your pages, columns etc.
