I’ve had the cronjob set up on our server, however I don’t receive anything when registering an account. I also tried sending a test via the email settings page and don’t receive. When I copy the cron URL from my settings to a browser, a screen comes up with a zero on it — does that indicate anything? Is there another way to tell if the cron is doing it’s job or what the issue might be?

Did you created the account manually? if the user does not have an account it should be created when purchasing your WC product.

I created it by purchasing on the website. I see the subscription, but no email was received.

Ums email is only for expiration subscription reminders, not for account registration.
Please check our Guidelines Manual on Cronjob and registration setup.

Thanks, I will look into why the welcome email is not sending.
I am still having trouble with email reminders however. The test email is not reaching the address I enter on the email settings page, and I’m unable to edit reminder dates on the subscription page to test the actual reminders that are set up. The save button does nothing upon clicking.
Hi Manj,
Please try to disable if you have other plugin or a third party email, that might give you a conflict.
We did some test just today and the email is working.
We will also release new version of Umswitcher very soon.

Thank you, this did get the test email to work. However the coupon that we have in UM switcher to be sent upon registering does not go out. Nor does the Ultimate Member welcome email. Is there something I should look for?
