Hello,
I have just purchased and installed the Joop theme (Themeforest) and I am receiving the following error when installing the plugins:An error occurred while installing TD Shortcodes: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
This is occuring for all three plugins. I also cannot install the dummy content (unzipped) to WP and I do not have access to my database. The dummy content fails upon install and I read in the manual that you offer an installation package for the .sql file?
What a beautiful theme and thank you for the help.

Thank you, Kevin! By the way, I was notified on Themeforest that there was an update for Joop. I updated my theme but I’m still having the same problem with both issues. The plugins also don’t appear to be there. Was I supposed to purchase them separately?

Hi Makis,
The plugins should always come for free with our themes so don’t worry about that.
I’ve tried the new theme that we have updated to themeforest yesterday and it appeared to work properly for me.
Could you try downloading a fresh version of the theme from themeforest once more, then before installing it. Make sure to delete the old joop theme from your FTP first As well as checking your wp-content/plugins folder to make sure there are no files left in there from the td-shortcodes or wp visual builder plugins.
After that, reinstall the theme.
Let me know what happens,

Hi-
I’m experiencing the same problems as Makis. The 3 plugins (TD Shortcodes, LayerSlider WP, and WP Visual Composer). The 3 plugins did come with the theme, however, I cannot install them or activate them. I get the same error code as Makis. I’ve attached a screen shot.
Also, I cannot install the dummy contact and I do not have access to my database either.

Hi Carol,
Have you tried downloading a fresh version of the theme from themeforest, removing the currently installed version form your FTP Server, as well as any parts of the plugins that might’ve been installed. Then trying to install the freshly downloaded version.
In the files that were up on themeforest the first day(s) there was an issue with the zipped plugins, that should be resolved with the current version online.

G’Day.
Are you still having issues installing and then activating the listed Plugins?
I’ve just downloaded and installed Joop v1.1 without any issues and was also able to install the Dummy Content.
Granted I was installing it on a local server (Desktop Server) where I do all my initial installs, etc., but there were no issues. I am using WordPress v3.7.1
