I have added the um expiry date field to the profile form - but it isn’t showing any information. I’ve set it to show for everyone for the time being but there’s nothing there at all.

Can you advise how to get it to work.

I’m experiencing this same issue. The field just displays “UM Expiry date” and the user can edit it. I cannot tell which settings need to be set in order to show the user’s membership-expiration date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

        Hi Beatha,

if the field “UM Expiry date” does not work, you can use the shortcode instead.

        [UMSWITCHER-PROFILE-SUBSCRIPTION]

Just add a shortcode field so you can insert the shortcode above.

        Regards

        Roy

        Hello Roy,

Thank you very much for your time and response. The shortcode works wonderfully.

        Best regards,
        Beatha

        UPDATE: Hello Roy,
I am sorry to relay that it actually isn’t working. When I say the “Subscription end date, No active subscription” text, I thought that it was working. But after testing it with two different users, no date ever shows, only the same words, “Subscription end date, No active subscription”.

The attached screenshots show an attempt with a user purchasing a subscription that lasted 2 hours, but I tried again with a user purchasing a subscription that lasted 2 days, and still the same message. The Users menu, and UM-Switcher Subscriptions menu both show the correct subscription/role.
        Best regards,
        Beatha
