A great question from redesignedweb and below I will give some explanation.
1-Do they login to their account and reorder?
2-Do they need to sign up again?1- Yes, from a My account page you will have a re-order button. This is default WooCommerce and not from UM-switcher. Also an option is to include the reminder email with a link to your product.
2- No, there account is already created at the start and will be still there. This is again a default Woo commerce feature and not from UM-switcher.
See it like this, um-switcher is the glue between Ultimate member and Woo commerce. Were Ultimate member takes care of the members, profiles etc. And woo commerce takes care of the e commerce processing.
Um-switcher creates a bridge and makes it possible to sell a product that’s ‘switches’ between community roles, as those roles are different from default user roles.

Thanks for this information, Mike. But let me ask you a question that I am having a problem with:
I have set up a test product with a 15 minute subscription. I registered and purchased the 15 minute product and became an active member of the site. After 5 minutes, I received a reminder email stating that my membership would be expiring in 10 minutes. So, in order to keep my membership active, I logged into my account and purchased another 15 minute subscription. UM-Switcher changed the subscription times like it’s supposed to. However, instead of adding 15 minutes, it added 30 (In my thoughts, I had already used 5 minutes of the initial 15, so when I added another 15 minutes, my end time should have only been 25 minutes from the start time, not thirty). Instead, it just doubled the amount of time in the subscription. So, to test it again, I logged back into the account and purchased a third renewal. That time, it added 45 minutes more of subscription time.
Is this accurate or is there something that isn’t correct here? For some reason, all of this thinking about time has me doubting whether this is accurate or not. LOL
Thanks.
