Hello.
It is not possible to install the dummy content.
It is not possible to edit save of Joop.
You can not save the contents of the appearance → Joop.

It sounds like there’s possibly something wrong in your wordpress or theme installation. From the information you gave me I cannot quite pinpoint what the exact issue is though.
Our team has done several Joop installs in the past few weeks and has never run into any installation issues like these so it’s very unlikely to be a bug in the theme. Most likely a mistake was in the installation of wordpress.
