Is the "screen 1.2" theme compatible with WordPress 4.6?

  Is there a way to confirm whether the “screen 1.2” theme works with wordpress 4.6? And if not, how can I make it work? I need to keep a client’s site alive and they’re using this theme.

  No that will not work, Screen is already for a long time out of collection.
  If you want to keep screen, the only way is a massive update.
  
  But cant tell you what needs to be fixed, but it will be a lot. There is a lot changed white WP versions.
  
  I suggest that you advice your client to create a new website, if he want to stick with Screen you can request a quote via our contact form.
