I followed the instructions to the letter (install joop.zip, then dummy) and I cannot get the theme to display the slider in the background wothe smaller box with price and text on bottom right like in this demo
http://demo.theme-dutch.com/?theme=JOOPIs there a manual way to set this up?

Hi Apx,
Thank you for registering your purchase, that worked.
For your page to look like http://demo.theme-dutch.com/?theme=JOOP, here’s what you need to do.
Create some woocommerce products that contain the product information as well as a good product image (will be used fullscreen). Make sure to add those to a (or multiple) product category(-ies).Next, head to appearance -> Joop -> Sliders and create a new fullscreen product slider.
Enter the name of the category(-ies) you’d like to display in your slider. If adding multiple, separate them by commas.Last, create a new page but do not add any content to it. Scroll down to the page options where you’ll find the Joop options. Select a slider as your page background, then select the fullscreen product slider you have just created. Update the page and you should be done.
As for the dummy content. Have you got Bbpress installed? It looks like the errors came form bbpress-related parts of the content. I don’t think they will be of great importance though.
Kind regards,

Thanks for the reply Kevin.
I tried that initially and it did not work.
It still does not work and now I am getting 404 error pages randomly.
The JOOP theme is very buggy and though visually pleasing its backend really falls short.
I will be going with a different theme and contacting theme-forest to give me a refund.
Thanks for your replies.
