Missing Joop Child Theme Admin Panel

      Hi

       

      My Joop Child Theme Admin Panel is suddenly not appearing. The link brings up a white blank screen. I was customising my menus from the dummy content and now I can’t access my Joop Admin Panel. I also reinstalled Joop and the Joop Child Theme but my custom changes reappeared with the same problem.

       

      Does anyone know how to fix this please? My admin panel was working fine before.

      Hi Olivia,

      When reinstalling, have you completely removed the customized versions of theme and child theme from your ftp before re-uploading the original files?

      Also have you tried clearing your cache after re-installing?
