I NEED clear instructions on how to make this plugin work or I NEED my money refunded.I bought the plugin a few days ago. It does NOT work. It doesnot show in the dashboard. The instructions provided doesnot work, because there is no plugin to access… Installing UM-Switcher only creates a prompt to activate ‘Ultimate Member’ I was instructed to take my issue to this forum after my refund request was refused…. I would appreciate it if someone would either tell me how to make this thing work or refund my money. When I purchased this plugin there was nothing to indicate that it would not work, or be outdated. What happens when Ultimate Member launches another update? According to related posts in this forum, the plugin has been malfunctioning for at least 3 weeks now. I have no intention of waiting ‘a few’ more days to find out if this plugin will actually work.

Hi Sian,
UM switcher is compatible with Ultimate member 1.3.88
You have installed UM 2.0+ and we have not released an update yet. As you also can read on our sales page. You will get an email from Envato when an update is available. Until then we advice to go back to the older version of UM.
Ultimate Member recently released version 2.0 via the official WordPress.org respiratory, and they’re still debugging UM. We will release an update for UM Switcher on short notice.

I never had the previous version of Ultimate Member installed so I can’t roll back to a version I never had. Theme Dutch has been promising an update for weeks now, meanwhile Ultimate Member continues to update their plugin. Can you please refund my money so I can buy a plug-in that actually works, without all this back and forth? I have bought several plugins from CodeCanyon and never had such an issue. I use 3rd party plugins for other programs such as woocommerce and I have never seen an issue where the activated plugin doesn’t show up in the dashboard. I WANT A REFUND.
