Hi Guys. Any thoughts as to why I am unable to select a product and add it to cart in the mobile layout? http://jackiesflorist.ie/ I could select one product, add it to cart, but not any longer I am unable to select any of the others. The other images just enlarge when selected. Your thoughts on this would be greatly welcomed.

I’ve taken a look at your website and I’m indeed not able to have the shopping cart come up when clicking on products. I saw that when on a browser and scaling it down (horizontally) so it would get the mobile layout, the same thing occurs. It appears to be an issue with the mobile layout, not one with the fact that a mobile phone cannot recognise a hover, as the clicking on a product iinstead of a hover does work properly.
Now what I’ve gone and did next is check our demo page and there I noticed that we do not appear to have this same problem: http://theme-dutch.compresents/joop/shop-4-column-layout/
That means that somehow there’s got to be a difference between our two websites that’s causing this.Could you try de-activating you plugins (other than those prompted to install by the theme), it could be a conflict with one of tour plugins.
If that doesn’t work, there may be an issue with your theme files that’s causing this. It could either be from files that got corrupted in the down- / uploading process or from customizations to the theme files.
If the plugins appear to be fine, could you please try downloading a fresh version of Joop from themeforest, removing your current version of Joop and then installing that freshly downloaded version. That way you’ll be sure to have the latest, unaltered theme files. It will fix any possible file issues.As you’ve bought the theme already, a new version can be downloaded for free. When updating this, the settings in appearance -> joop will NOT be lost.
