MemberGood morning:
I have setup UM-Switcher with WooCommerce and everything is working good, except for the fact that the reminder emails are not sending, even though I have setup and installed the CronJob. The deactivation of the account is changing after the expiration, its just not sending the email reminders, which I need it to send.
Any help could be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are the default emails sending, for example when you have added a new client?
I don’t have this issue as I’m getting every day reminders from the demo site. -

Yes, when I sign up for an account, I receive an email saying “Thanks for signing up”. I also receive emails when the order goes through Woocommerce. I just don’t receive emails when the account is about to expire.

MemberI should add that when I go into my server, and manually run the cron job from inside the server, it says that the cronjob has run successfully and then in that instant, any of the emails that should have sent, get sent at that moment, so there is apparently something stopping them from running automatically.

– Activate wp-debug see if there is a notice.
– Are you running WC 3.0, were about an update for WC 3.0
– Is the cronjob 100% working?, are the date’s correct? -

And no, I am not on GoDaddy hosting, but I am using a Linux Ubuntu server with Plesk. -

I was testing it out last night and it just started working. I wish I could say I did some magical, genius kind of thing, but I didn’t. But it is working now. I am having a different issue, but it is not related to this issue, so I will open a new thread about it shortly.

It’s me. Again. I seem to be having the exact issue above. Everything works splendidly EXCEPT no emails are being sent. Not sure if that’s because the timing of everything that I’m doing is short (5 minutes total, email sent after 2 minutes), but I’m not getting any emails at all.

MemberJust FYI, I’ve run wp_debug – nothing. I called InMotion, and they said it looked like an issue with the plugin. And cronjob functions 100% fine. Just no emails.

MemberNo luck. I sent it to 2 different email accounts, and I never received an email. And yes, I checked my junk email.
And so you know, I submitted a ticket with your sign on for admin privileges so you can check things out yourself too.

MemberThe other thing is that the UM Role goes back to what it’s supposed to, but the WP Community Role keeps the role it was AND the role it’s supposed to go to (for example, with the subscription, a user is “editor”, then after the subscription ends the user is “editor, author). Why does this happen?
