Hello,
I do not want visitors to be able to purchase anything from my website at this time. Visitors are to use the product gallery to learn about the products, but not be able to purchase them. How do I remove the shopping cart icon from the top (and the lock, and search icons as well)?

Hi Pauline,
At this point we don’t have any theme functions to disable these top bar icons. Your best shot at removing theme would currently be to hide them through css or pull them out of the code entirely.
Do note that removing the icons will not remove the functionality. Visitors will still be able to access the pages trough URL or maybe other parts of your website. Within the woocommerce plugin you might find ways to close down the “shopping / payment” functionality altogether.
