      Hello! We are working on a client site using the JOOP theme and attempting to set up the “Sell Stockphotos” configuration from the demo. Things were working OK until for some reason the slider has completely stopped working on the home page. We are not sure what happened – we select the Home-Products slider on the home page in the admin. When we refresh the home page it shows one item and them immediately shifts to a second, and the boxes with details on the right side overlay each other. Then the slider stops. Can you advise us from here?

      Well there must be something you have setup or so. But you can try to de-activate the plugins and activate one by one.
      Have you made updates?

      We’re using the default install of the theme and the plugins that came with it and are using the built-in slider – we haven’t added anything but text and graphics content… We did find out that when we unpublished one of the pictures everything started working again. Have you run into this before?

      We’ve discovered the problem – according to my team the description for the item was too long.
