Hi ,
I have installed UM-Switcher and added the UM-switcher product the process works however I am unable to see the subscribers who have successfully paid , I am not using the cron job for now, but need to see who has a subscription and their period.
Your help would be much appreciated.

Hi there, you need to upload the cron.php to your root before you can see subscriptions made via um-switcher.

Hi there, if you change your time zone from UTC to a city the error will be gone. At this moment WordPress is not providing a way to convert the UTC zones, so we use city zones.

I have had the same problem. I have UM-Switcher installed and active with both Ultimate Member and WooCommerce. I have created the UM-Switcher product inside of WooCommerce but when I test the product by placing an order, no subscriptions are being added to the UM-Switcher Subscriptions area. I have uploaded and ran the cron job but with no success. Is there a step that I could possibly be missing in order to get this to work? Thanks.

Hi OneSparkMedia,
I think you have set the time zone to UTC, adjust the time zone to a City from your wordpress general settings and check again.

I appreciate you helping me out with the Time Zone issue. That was good information to know. After changing the time zone, only 2 subscriptions filled into the UM-Switcher subscription list. However, I have ton about 8 tests, yet only 2 are showing up. I tried to do a new test after having made the time zone change, but my test does not show up in the subscription list. Is there anything else that I could have overlooked that needs to be set before this will work properly?

That’s good to hear.
Did you do the test with only one account, if so. When umswitcher see an account with an active subscription, it will add up the new one. And will not show up as a new listing. ( hope this make sense)

When I test adding a subscription, I use all new information: new email address, new account name, new everything. Yet it still is not adding the new user to the subscription list.

Thank you for your help , i have added a city in stead of UTC and subscribers are showing now.
1. However only get 3 subscribers per page any way of allowing at least 20 per page ?
2. the UM-switcher product is set for 365 days but when they subscribe the subscription is 730 days and some case 2920 days?
i had to manually adjust the database to the correct subscription when I had 10 subscribers but im going to get a min of 2500 subscribers and dont really want to be adjusting it manually lol.appreciate your help

I just tr-yd to login but it’s giving me a server login.
But anyway they show up now.1- No worries, we will work tomorrow and will release an update asap. We just have overlooked that one, so silly.
We will add a Pagination + Number of items per page:
2- LOL why? don’t you like a lot of work like we do:) But okay jokes aside, can you fix my login so I can see that one myself. On my sites is working fine

No I did not, funny thing we discussed your issue with the massive days, but we can’t get the same thing. We have created several products up to 6 year but all looks good.
So yeah please re-send me admin login so I can have a look tommorow, it’s 22.37 here 🙂

Just overwrite if your using FTP, if via the WP Up loader delete it first.
Go to the um-products, open and hit save again.

Thanks Mike. Sorry about my delayed response. I was in a meeting all morning long. But I used FTP to overwrite v1.2.4 with 1.2.7. I tested it out and the Switcher is still having the same issue, nothing is showing up in the UM-Switcher Subscription list when I try to add a new member. And here is the problem….if the people signing up are not showing up in the subscription list, than the expiration stuff isn’t working. I set up a test product for 15 minutes and tried signing up with a whole new email address and user name. The switcher part is working, as far as the fact that when they register, they get a profile created but they are inactive. Once they make the payment, the switcher plugin is automatically changing them from inactive to active. However, because they are not populating in the UN-Switcher Subscription list, after 15 minutes, when they are supposed to switch back to inactive, they just stay active. I am meeting with a client in one-and-a-half days who is expecting to see this feature working. If there is any way for you to get in my site and take a look before the end of the day today, that would be great. I am going to send an email right now to mike(@)theme-dutch.com. Can you please reply immediately to let me know that you have received the email. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please post back here so that I know you did not receive it, as I have already tried sending the credentials twice but with no luck. Dan,
See screenshot below, even when I’m logged in see the admin bar. It presents me a second login screen,
and cant login.So before you send me new details and correct ftp, make sure I have access. Please create a tocket https://theme-dutch.com/send-ticket/
with all login details. Because I have several emails and getting lost here 🙂
