Hi,
My users are allowed to buy multiple 5 minute access times to buy products.
At the moment I’m testing the multiple access time settings on the um-switcher product page.
First results:
The second time a user buys the access time the (new) access time is relative to the last end date and time. This should be relative to the actual date and time, shouldn’t it?? So now when a user buys the next 5 minute access time an hour later, he is an hour too late!
Plus the second access time is also doubled to 10 minutes…
Kind regards,
Jochem
Ji Jochem,
Cool concept 🙂
when a client purchase a 5 min subscription and he buy’s a second one, it will be doubled. Depending when he buys the second one, so that normal.
Hi Mike,
The new access time should be starting from the actual date and time (?)
Now it’s being added to the last ending time.
Example:
Testuser buys first access time at 11:00 and will end on 11:05.
Testuser buys his second access time at 11:30.
Now um-switcher adds 5 minutes to the last ending time 11:05 instead of 11:30.
Kind regards,
Jochem
