Hi, I just purchased and installed the theme through the MOJO marketplace and here is how it looks like:

Is that how is supposed to look like or did I do something wrong?

We regularly only provide support to our verified buyers. Could you please verify purchase with us by adding your mojo marketplace purchase code to your profile information?
(my account -> my profile -> edit profile -> scroll down to the purchase codes)As for this question, yes it does appear to be looking ok. the only way it looks strange is because there’s no content or menu’s present yet. You can start adding pages and changing the theme’s settings or you could choose to install dummy content (see theme manual from your download) to have your theme populated with example content.

I couldn’t find the Purchase Codes section in my profile so I added it in the About Me section. I just did the dummy content thing but the menu on the left still looks bad. Text is tiny and it doesn’t have the dotted lines around each menu item nor icons on the left. I’m not sure if it shows the same way to you so I took this screenshot.

It mostly looks good,
As for the menu, you may still have to select the right menu in appearance -> menu’s. The theme uses the menu selected there for display. This can however not be transmitted through the dummy content so you’ll want to select the menu there manually.
