    I just set up an account to use Mijireh as my payment gateway. Everything verified. I ‘slurped’ (funny name) the checkout page. When I view it in preview and live mode, the page is blank; absolutely no content. I’ve not made any changes to the Joop Checkout page. I’ve switched back to Paypal until this is figured out.

    Hi Keni,

    What version of woocommerce are you using?Additionally, what version of wordpress?

    I’ve checked our demo by enabling Mijireh and didn’t run into anything weird from there (woocommerce 2.1.6, wordpress 3.8.1), it showed up as a payment option as one would expect.

    So far, I did not sign up for mijireh though in my quick test so i was not able to provide an access key.

    Kind regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

    I’m using the latest versions (2.1.6 and 3.8.1).

    I turned off all plugins except Woocommerce. Still did not work.

    See screen shot.

    Thanks,
    Keni

    HI Keni,

    Thanks for the info and the screenshot. Judging from the URL in your screenshot, it looks like this is happening after one filled out the checkout form on your website. Then they should be redirected to the mijireh part, and that’s where it goes wrong. Is that correct?

    I’ve just st up a test account at mijireh and filled out my woocommerce settings to try again. I got this: see screenshot.
    Looks like that is the page it’s not showing for you somehow.

    I’m wondering whether it could be anything theme-related. It seems to happen once one reaches the mijireh-created page, on their server. The theme shouldn’t have anything to do with that I believe. Have you tried enabling a different theme (like one of the standard wordpress themes) to see what would happen, if anything would change.

    Kind regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

    Mijireh checkout page worked ok with three other themes (see attachments).

    After I had successfully slurped it on those themes, I switched back to JOOP. Once again, blank page (see previous screen shot).

    It appears to be an issue with Joop.

    Thanks,
    Kei

    Hi Keni,

    Would there be any way in which I could take a look at your site, back-end.
    What’s strange to me is that it appears to be working on our demo website, when I add the option but not on your website. I’d like to take a look, see if I can find any differences before I check with our development team.

    If possible, please send in a support ticket with login credentials so I can log onto your website and have a look at what’s going on.
    The ticket system can be found under my account -> submit ticket

    Kind regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

    Please clarify. Do you need

    ftp access or

    access through mysite.com/wp-admin?

    Thanks,
    Keni

    Hi Keni,

    I think at this point WP-Admin would be most important.

    Perhaps in at a later stage FTP could be useful to try and upload an exact copy of the theme (that for now seems to be working) from our demo website. See if anything changes. However at this point I don’t exactly expect something to change when doing that.

    Kind regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

    Please update me on the Mijireh checkout page.

    Thanks,

    Hi Keni,

    The issue appears to be with the page slurping process.
    I went and created a setup identical to yours. The change (and with that, the problem) started to occur as soon as I had Mijireh slurp the JOOP style page. That’s where things appear to go wrong.

    I’ve sent this to our development team for them to check and see what can be done here.

    I’ll get back to you with more information as soon as I can

    Kind regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Keni,

    Our developer has worked on this issue and I can share you a little code snippet you could add / replace that should fix the issue.

    in the file: js/theme-plugins.js
    You'll want to look for this:
    line 13-15:
    element.css({
    'opacity': 1
    });
    And replace it with this:
    if ( ! $('body').hasClass('home') ) {
    element.css({
    'opacity': 1
    });
    } else {
    element.css({
    'opacity': 1
    });
    }
