Not sure if you have resolved your issue, but as I see that your post hasn’t been answered, let me answer it just in case.

Any “options” that appear below the content-text area are controlled by the Screen Options .

So, at the top righthand side of your screen, you will see a tab that says “Screen Options”.
Click on that.
A dropdown listing of options will appear.
Select the options that you want to have displayed below the Page/Post content-text area.
Once yiu have selected the options that you want showing on the Page/Post, click the “Screen Options” tab again to close this drop down area.

Now, you will be able to include the slider from the ones that you had previously created.
