On your demo theme you have a static background image at the top of the page on the “sidebar left” page example.

This image auto sizes (like responsive design) when you change the broswer size. but when I try to do the same thing here: http://northstate.fatcatstrategies.com/personal-loans/

the image is a fixed size.

Please provide additional documentation so I can set up your theme as you had it advertised in the demo.
