18/02/2013 at 11:03 AM #10748Hi,
The website is on 3.4.2 at this moment, correct?
How exactly have you built this shop page? Is it a category?

25/02/2013 at 2:00 PM #10840Hi,
Here’s what we’ve done. We’ve chosen our page called “Shop” in woocommerce -> settings -> pages -> shop base page. Then we went to our page options for the page “Shop” and added the background image as shown in the screenshot I’ve added to this post.

28/02/2013 at 2:17 PM #10897Hi,
That’s strange, I’d like to take a look at that. Judging by these versions, I don’t believe it to be a compatibility thing.
For the admin details, the best thing to do would be sent them to me using the private messaging function of the forum (just click my name and you’ll see a button to send me a private message).

11/03/2013 at 12:02 PM #10986Hi,
I’ve taken a look but didn’t really find why things are off to be honest.
I think it might be a good idea to try installing a fresh version of the theme. There might be a corrupted file. Just download a fresh version from themeforest and install that while removing (or renaming, for backup purposes) the currently installed version of the theme.

12/03/2013 at 8:39 AM #10995Hi,
you can see that i upload a new theme (downloaded by theme forest) and renameming the first folder.
But the problem is the same..
Can you look again please ? Maybe we forgot somthing
Thanks
Brice13/03/2013 at 5:49 PM #11015Hi brice,
I’ve taken another look but it doesn’t appear to have changed anything.
I’ll be adding this to the list as something for our developers to investigate as they work on updating the theme. That’s pretty much all I can do right now.

14/03/2013 at 8:38 AM #11025Hi,
do you think that the problem can come from when installing wordpress 3.4.2 ?
thx
14/03/2013 at 12:46 PM #11036Hi,
I am unsure.
It could be that it’s something in the installation, but frankly I wouldn’t know what in the installation it would be.
We are close to releasing an update for the James theme though. I think it might be worth waiting for that one since it might very well solve the problem you’re having.
