    Hi Kevin,

    I like the checked/waffle overlay you have on your background images on the About Us page for example at http://themeforest.net/item/james-the-next-generation-wp-theme/full_screen_preview/307896

    Is this something you added to the images BEFORE uploading?

    When I first saw the theme - before I purchased it - I thought this overlay was added to each image by the theme.

    Can you clarify?

    Is there a setting that I am missing? I do not get same effect on my pages .. see http://oscarlili.co.uk/about-us/

    Regards
    Steven

    I cannot seem to modify the Menu font size via Appearance>>James>>Fonts>>Menu Font Size

    I do notice however when I increase P Font size then menu font increases too however I do NOT want menu font size and paragraph/body font size to be the same size.

    I have tried installing the plugin My Custom CSS and added the following code as recommended by you …

    .menu-header a {
    font-size: 30px;
    }

    But still it makes no difference. I also tried editing style.css .menu-header to add font-size:30px; but that didn’t work either.

    I am using WP 3.4.2

    You can view my site at http://www.oscarlili.co.uk

    I even tried modifying theme_options.php and added drop-down menu options for font sizes up to 25px and still I cannot resolve the problem.

    Hi Steven,

    There is a theme update coming up soon. James does not run on 3.4.2 yet.
    You should not need to install a plugin for changing Font sizes.
    Please run an older version until the update is available.

    Hi Steven,

    I have check out your site and can see that you have changed the dummy background in pages, could you explain how you did that? I have just purchased the theme and can’t find the solution for this.

    The same goes for the small background image/slideshow above the text in your about page.

    I would appreciate if you could take a minute and explain how to change this.

    Thank you

    reverting to earlier worpdress themes is not a straightforward matter and therefore NOT a viable option.
    I will wait for theme update but it would be good to have some idea of when it is planned to happen.

    One other big issue with James is how it is displayed on mobile devices such as iPhone. WHen I use “bricks” it is displayed as 1 lomg column.

    It would be a great addition to the theme to be able to set “bricks” for PC and “backgrounds” for mobile devices.

    Is something like this planned for future releases?

    Hi Sabina

    sorry about the delay. In the Page admin, below the main editor area there is a section called “Background”

    This has functions to allow you to “Show Content=Yes” and the “Add” 1 or more background images by uploading.

    The small image above the text is added using the “Set Featured Image” function for the page
