Hi. I apologise in advance but I am just not getting how to create a portfolio. I have read and reread the documentation but still can’t replicate anything similar to what you have on the Live Preview.
Please help as this is confusing the heck out of me. I’m not even sure what I am missing and so a simple step-by-step guide would be great.
Regards.
Bill
Hi Bill,
No need for a apologies just follow the things below and you will have a beautiful portfolio.
How to create a lightbox portfolio in Firebird
First look for the little S on your visual editor, this will display the shortcode manager will all the shortcodes available. Hit the Lightbox and insert a single image…You will see this:
Now you need to insert your image:
[image src="<img title="500-1" src="http://theme-dutch.com/presents/your image.jpg" alt="" width="500" height="500" />" width="180" height="180" title="Your Image Title"]
Example: 2 column with a single lightbox image
[2_column]
[image src="<img title="500-1" src="http://theme-dutch.com/presents/your image.jpg" alt="" width="500" height="500" />" width="180" height="180" title="Your Image Title"]
[/2_column][2_column_last]
[image src="<img title="500-1" src="http://theme-dutch.com/presents/your image.jpg" alt="" width="500" height="500" />" width="180" height="180" title="Your Image Title"]
[/2_column_last]I did spot this Mike. I was waiting on the client to supply images before I tried it and eventually forgot all about it.
Many thanks.
